RE: qsecofr and dst

You can force DST to console using a code on the control panel.  Then
you can reset the password.  I forget what code it was, it's in the
archives.

I think I need to go further.

(I haven't signed on to DST, only STRSST)  Perhaps that's where I can
use and
change the DST password for QSECOFR and get the control I need.
