Simple program to "CHGWTR OUTQ(A) OPTION(*NORDYF)"  Then delay how ever long
you think is necessary and repeat "CHGWTR OUTQ(B) OPTION(*NORDYF)"  When it
run out of stuff to print in "A" it will switch to "B".  Have the job
resubmit itself after another delay.
