As of V5R1, triggers can be (should be) "deactivated" thru CHGPFTRG ...
STATE(*DISABLED).  This way, the trigger is not fired, but it keeps its
rank (the triggers for a same TRGTIME/TRGEVENT are fired in FIFO order).
