Hey Steve, Was it you that had the PMR opened with IBM trying to deal with this? They keep telling me that they had another customer with this same issue that used some sort of a delay technique. They get real defensive about their MSF process and insist that I do not need to drop it down from 3 QMSF jobs and I could run 10 at a time to improve performance. I am doing my best to not get defensive. I even offered to modify SNDEMAIL to copy the IFS file out of /tmp to another directory so that we can verify that the mime file is correct. They are leaning towards a comm trace next. I have a funny feeling that it will always fill the buffer before we notice an email ending up in the wrong box. IBM tried to push this to consult line. I finally said ok as long as the solution offered does not include putting in a delay in my end. I want to know why the delay is necessary. When I've told them that I've escalated at least two pmr's in the past to ConsultLine and have never had to pay for them they backed off really quick. I appreciate the other offers to use independent products and avoid IBM's. However I am just one of those guys that don't like to take s#$% and want to get this resolved. In the long run, we all win.
