Mike,

There are several shareware tools available to do just what you ask. For
several
years I've been using Joe Pulta's "CPYSPLFPDF" utility. There are others that
I've
evaluated, each doing the same thing with a different twist (i.e. watermarks,
etc),
however, Joe's is straight forward and created the "smallest" PDF files.

Hope this helps.

Subject: Java to create a PDF File from a spool file

We need to send a PDF file to a drive. I was told that this is best
accomplished using Java. Does anyone know the code for doing this?

Thanks, Mike
