Configuring a IPDS HP Laserjet 5000 on V3R2

Does anyone have old notes on how to configure a HP Laserjet 5000 With HP
internal Jetdirect and IPDS simm.  I recently purchased this printer and
want to configure it on my V3R2 system.  (will be moving to RISC very soon
but still need the capabilities) What software on the 400 do I need to use
the IPDS capabilities?  I have looked on the IBM website but most of the
stuff I found was for V4 and above.
(looking for examples or website instructions)
