>Only thing I would say is that, instead of CRTMSGF, use CRTDUPOBJ on the >QQRYMSG object so that you get all of the message descriptions. Then use >CHGMSGD QRXnnnn instead of ADDMSGD. Keep in mind that OVRMSGF is different from all the other OVR commands. If the message you're looking for isn't in the overrided-to message file, the system will look in the original base message file.
