Job Scheduler Entries are stored in an object called QDFTJOBSCD which is
of type *JOBSCD -- it's not a file, so you can't read it directly.

The QWCLSCDE API with format SCDL0200 can be used for what you want to
do.  There's an article on the iSeries Network's Web site that contains
some sample CL code that uses this API -- though personally, I'd be
inclined to write it in RPG...
