Those're the PC commands for the transfers. But you mentioned a CL program. 
So are you trying to start something on a PC from a CL program? Then you 
need to use either STRPCCMD or RUNRMTCMD. I think you need to be running 
out of an emulator to use STRPCCMD. You can use RUNRMTCMD in batch, you 
just need to set up Incoming Remote Command on your PC (part of Client 
Access, has to be installed) or have some other REXECD (remote execution 
daemon) on the PC. Incoming Remote Command is an REXECD.
