In Access, remember to link, not import - I may have the terms wrong - you don't want to bring down the data, only the metadata on the files. The Relationships diagram is the tool and works nicely for a small number of files.

I wonder if Linoma's Surveyor has anything?

I'm checking this out, trying to define the ODBC connect.  I seem to
remember doing this with a native Access database before, so if I can get
the files exported to access, this may do the trick.
