Did you remember to use the HLPTITLE keyword in addition to HLPARA and
HLPPNLGRP? HLPTITLE isn't required for help screens written in DDS, but I
believe that it is required when you use panel groups for your help.

I am trying to teach myself to build help panels using UIM.  Up until now,
things have been going pretty well. The problem is that when I enter the DDS
keywords HLPARA and HLPPNLGRP in the same record format with the RTNCSRLOC
keyword, I get "Keyword specified at incorrect level" if the H spec is above
the RTNCSRLOC keyword. If it is below the RTNCSRLOC keyword, then I get
"Type of specification not valid or out of sequence". I have searched the
archives, the DDS manual and the Applicatin display programming manual but
am unable to find what I am doing wrong.
