How to change subsystem description from "IPL or Install the System" menu

I am doing a manual IPL because I am doing an unload/reload from one 
iSeries to another.  Problem is that the library containing our signon 
display file is not restored yet. 
This system's controlling subsystem is QBASE.
I want to change QBASE's signon back to QDSIGNON in QBASE.
How do I do that from the "IPL or Install the System" menu?
