...and one other thing.  '/QOpenSys is case specific as is any directory 
underneath it.  Other directories are not.  You could have both of the 
following 
'/QOpenSys/MyFile.txt'
'/QOpenSys/myfile.txt'
and they would be two different files.  But the following would be the 
same file
'/mydir/MyFile.txt'
'/mydir/myfile.txt'
