RE: Recovering RPG4 Source

I have used Source Retrieval in the past and they are very good.  I used 
them to retrieve a COBOL program source, and they did an excellent job and 
fairly quickly as I recall.  It's been about five years ago and the cost 
then was $600 per program - well worth the money if you have a critical 
program that you need to get the source back.

That will only work if the program was compiled with DBGVIEW(*SOURCE).

There's an outfit at www.sourceretrieval.com that claims the ability to
retrieve source from object code.  As I recall, their prices are not
unreasonable.
