We are on ISERIES 825 partitioned - Domino 6.2

I am trying to load DECS - to be able to connect to the as400 from our
domino intranet.

This comes up whenever I use the CHGDOMSVR commmand and also when I
tried the load decs command from a server console.

I posted this on a DOMINO400 list but no answers came forward. 

Any help - links - etc appreciated.
