This week, the IBM key management web site (where you can download and
apply licpgm keys) is asking me for "latest iSeries R3 software order
number."  What is this and where could I find it?   The key contacts listed
know nothing of the web site, nor who to call for support.  They can email
me my keys, but then I have to type them in manually, which I'd like to
avoid.
