RE: UTC Date Format

It's Universal Coordinated Time.  It's timestamp-like and includes an offset
from Greenwich, England.

If that's a real value you provided, there's an API to convert the number
(an offset from a date in the 1500's, I think) into a user-friendly value.

Any Cisco documentation available?
