Tools for spool files to Excel and/or Crystal efforts



I was looking for thoughts and experiences for getting spool file reports from 
the AS/400 to Excel or Crystal Reports. What are the pros and cons. What can 
you say about the costs of doing this, from soup to nuts, the annual costs 
involved. Assuming that no programming staff is needed to be added.
