W2K SP4 and OPS Console Hotfix -- MIDRANGE-L

Anyone have the Hotfix referenced by MS KB article  824301 ? 

I have a client who put on SP4 today. I don't know if I can roll them 
back.I'll know tomorrow but want to be prepared if I can't.
