Another thing to consider is IBM's habit of qualifying libraries for 
several of their commands now.  Instead of *LIBL/command often they will 
use *NLVLIBL/command.  NLV = National Language Version.  This may cause 
problems with your modification of QSYSLIBL.  Another version is 
*SYSTEM/command, but, with greater support for multiple languages that 
seems to have fallen by the wayside.  Either way, it is something to be 
considered.
