Sounds like where I used to work Mark. At the time it was around 300,000 square feet (latter doubled to 600,000) and our offices were along one of the front wings with one whole wall in each office, floor to ceiling windows (I do miss that...). We were usually the last to get out of the building. They had designated areas we were supposed to go to in groups so everyone could be accounted for. We had to go a fair bit back into the building and out a side entrance. Our feeling was if it was legit, a chair through the window and we would be out in a jiffy.
