I do have another problem now. I am trying to connect to my AS/400 and
call the PCML document using the ProgramCallDocument and getting an
error as below. Should I be setting up my classpath. I tried to do a
pcml.setPath() but it did not help. I have my PCML document on the
root. i.e. QSYS.LIB. (for testing purposes.)

Sudha, you will have to do a two-stage compile. First do CRTSQLRPGI
with OPTION(*NOGEN), and then compile the resulting RPGLE source file
(TOSRCFILE parameter of CRTSQLRPGI) using CRTRPGMOD.
