our network guys are already running around in loops.

We have a corporate anti-virus program (with regular, automatic updates) and
automatic patch distribution.

I guess its only a few local pc's, the other accesses are from remote locations.

I've also seen BLASTER accesses at the time, but that were only 4-5. Sasser
is about factor 10.
