If you have iSeries Navigator, you can simply drag and
drop spooled files into a folder on your desktop:

1. Right-click on your desktop and create a new
folder.

2. Expand the folder named after the iSeries where
your spooled file resides.

3. If prompted, log on to your iSeries.

4. Expand the Basic Operations folder.

5. Click Printer Output and wait for the list of your
spooled files to appear.

6. Right-click on a spooled file and drag it to the
folder on your desktop. A copy option will appear when
you release the mouse button.

This will put a copy of the spooled file in the
desktop folder *.txt format. You can send the *.txt
file as an attachment using your favorite email
application, or you can move the *.txt file to a
folder in the QDSL file system of the IFS and send it
using SNDDST.

Thanks,
Kelly
