Since we have gone to V5R2 we have not been able to add any entries in the
System Directory.
We get the following error message:

Message . . . . : Error while processing file QAOKL03A in library QUSRSYS.

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred while doing input or output operations
to the file QAOKL03A in library QUSRSYS. If the file name and the library
name are *N, then the file is an internal file used by the system.
Recovery . . . : See the previously listed messages in the job log.
Correct the errors and then try the request again.

Can anyone help with this and how to correct it?

Thank you,
