Software Service Request page

IBM has updated the Software Service Request page at:
https://techsupport.services.ibm.com/ssr/ssr.probsearch1

You can now add additional customer numbers to your IBM ID so that you can
view PMR's for multiple accounts without having to log out and back in under
a different ID.  Just fill out the form from the link at the bottom of the
page.
