Autostart TOMCAT (attn: Jeff Crosby)

I found a post from Jeff Crosby from September of last year asking the
question I have now.  Is it possible to autostart ASF Tomcat at IPL?

Unfortunately, I didn't see any replies to Jeff.  I'm hoping for a better
response. <grin>

Somewhere, I found the following command which I tried adding to my STRUP
program:
STRTCPSVR SERVER(*ASFTOMCAT) TOMCATSVR(APACHE)

However, it didn't work.  That maybe due to some other problem in my QSTRUP,
I'm trying to clean it up at the moment.

Before you ask, yes my APACHE server is named APACHE.
