Teraspace

I'm trying to create a program to use teraspace. According to the ILE
Concepts book, this is the default since v4r4 for COBOL and RPG, the
languages I'm dealing with. So I create a module, and DSPMOD, and find:
 
Teraspace storage enabled . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :   *YES   
Storage model . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :   *SNGLVL
 
CRTRPGMOD and CHGMOD don't seem to have any way to change the storage
model to *TERASPACE. How do I do it?
