BRMS Question

I am currently gathering data to use BRMS.  We have come up with a
question and I can't seem to locate the answer.
When we do cumulative backups and a new library is detected the library
will be saved fully.  The next day if you do another cumulative backup,
will that library be saved fully or will a cumulative save be done?
