Is there anybody on the list using software from IDS (Integrated 
Distributions Solutions, LLC) and printing labels with a Printronix 
T5000e? I have a client here in Chicago who is in the process of 
implementing that package. The problem is that he elected to buy the 
printer from CDW for $1700 rather than from IDS for $4500. IDS is now 
telling him that they'll give him the device configuration info for a fee. 
I guess that I could hack into their code and figure it out, but then he'd 
be paying me instead of them, and that seems just as "improper".

Anyway, if you can share a device description, he'd be appreciative.
