RE: Shutdown programs when UPS starts

 Sorry, over the last 15 years that has gotten lost.  Without looking at the 
code my guess is that it was just a file with message text in it.  A source 
physical file.  Perhaps you can just remove the references to it and any 
fields/variables used from it.
