We have 2 400s talking over dial-up SDLC lines. The remote AS/400 is running 
HTTP server supporting static content, as well as WebSphere domain 
applications. The remote AS/400 is behind a firewall, and connecting (over 
regular IP network) to the Apache server running there is not an option.

I would like to use my PC to connect to the local 400 over IP and make it, in 
turn, talk to the remote 400 over "IP over SNA", this way dodging the firewall.
