Adv Sys36 system date

        yes , believe it or not, there are still quite a few companies running 
ADv S36 machines...
        Speaks for how good they were,,(another topic for discussion)

        CHGSYSVL just allows you to change the time.

        An IPL, setting the mode at B M will force a Manual IPL, where the date 
is entered.
