RE: Line-by-line commenting in source code

Our VP name Don wanted us to generate a unique record identifier for all of
our files.  This had to be a totally meaningless field.  The unique claim
number or customer number was not good enough for him.  We created a
function call "fDonPlzr"  It came to be know as the fuc'n Don Pleaser.  It
generated a UUID field that was never used.
