Re: dspffd and max spool recs error

Have you gone to the PTF cover letter database? Search in V5R2 PTFs on 
DSPFFD brought up the following, which fixes a problem with MCH3601 and 
program QWHDSFFD: SI09248. The cover letter references a different 
instruction, however. It's not part of any CUME so far.
