You need to enter the user in the system directory for them to use folders and documents. Use WRKDIRE to check.

I can not tell if the backup of the object worked or not. How can I avoid these error messages without changing the authority on every folder to specifically allow this user to have rights and also be assured that the backup of the objects is working?
