I believe this works out of PASE. You use something like VNC to log in to a running process in PASE that has vncserver going, IIRC. Actually very neat. I don't believe it provides an interface to the green screen - but I could be wrong.

They did, since at least V4R4 (although, I'm sure I recall being able to use it before V4R4);

It just never had the volume (remember how IBM used to work, where if there was enough volume they would buy it and turn it into a PRPQ then into a fully fledged LP ?), and then, of course, that "J" thing came along with RAWT and whatnot...
