In a way part of this makes sense, since the IFS constitutes all files
systems, including QSYS.LIB.  Your note below implies that the IFS is a
sub-portion of the file system which is not really the case.  If the current
directory of the dedicated console happened to be root '/', then QSYS would
also be included, as well as QDLS.
