Two minutes?  What about something along the lines of discussing why they
are called subfiles?  

By staying with English and avoiding discussions of any technical aspects
you will convey the purpose and direction of subfiles.  Frankly I'd be
amazed if one could keep it under 5 minutes, let alone 2.
