Citrix is a great idea and worked well for us on our integrated xSeries.
You can also do this with Win2k Server alone (which is required by Citrix)
and Terminal Services as well.

It used to be that a Terminal Services CAL (TSCAL) was not needed for
connecting to a terminal server IF the PC client was running Win2000 or XP.
Under Windows 2003 server, Microsoft got greedy (surprise!) and decided that
a TSCAL was needed for ANY connecting client.  So if you have no compelling
reason to be running Win2003 Server, stick with Win2K and save a few bucks
by not having to buy a bunch of TSCAL's.

Citrix allows non-Windows clients to connect to a terminal server box and
has some easier to manage drive and printer mapping services.

It was a good combination for us.
