Menu Cross-reference

How can I build a cross reference between the menu options, and the
text displayed for that option?

i.e. Menu MN100 has an option 1 to run a G/L Close.  The program that
is called is GL100CL.  I would like to produce a file that lists
the fields something like:

   MN100   1   G/L Close   GL100CL

I can get everything except the "G/L Close" text.
