The owner of the program is
DSPPGM DGP1
Owner  . . . . . . . . :   ADOPT

The only special authority that ADOPT has is *JOBCTL.

And the group SSA33 is listed in the authorization list as
DSPAUTL SSA33F

...

      Who is the owner of *pgm DGP1 - SSA33 ?
Does the owner *USRPRF have any special authorities ?
And is the user (member of SSA33 Grpprf) otherwise excluded
specifically from the *AUTL ?
