Now I'm getting:

Object is not a file or is a file with attributes not supported by this
  command.

I just created the file CONTRA based on the vendors record layout.

The TOMBR name should be something like:

   TOMBR('/qsys.lib/tbarry.lib/contra.file/contra.mbr')

When working with the QSYS.LIB filesystem, the objects are always
"objectname.objecttype" you can't have "CONTRA" because it doesn't contain
the object type.
