Electronic Commerce Providers

We are evaluating two providers of e-commerce solutions called FurnishNet
and Exim Technologies.  For those unfamiliar with the concept, these
companies handle all electronic interfaces with a company's vendors so the
company only needs to worry about one transaction format.  

Does anyone have experience with either of these companies?  Any thoughts
and/or experience will be most appreciated.
