Lawson does NOT provide any way to kill their MQSClient jobs nor are they
willing to provide such. (kinda like getting a car with no brakes)

Turns out we needed to:

1. Start the jobs in a unique subsystem instead of QMQM (we have multiple
Lawson environments)
2. Kill the jobs by CL that:
    a. does a wrkactjob
    b. runs cpysplf
    c. reads spool file to get job/user/number
    d: endjob

The job requires a parameter=subsystem where jobs to be killed live. The
were not PJ jobs.
