MCH3601 on twinax IPDS printer after move from 830 to 810

After moving from an 830 running v5r2 to an 810 running v5r2 we were having
problems staring a printer writer for a twinax attached *IPDS printer
(Infoprint 21).  The writer would start but immediately end with a MCH3601 -
"Pointer not set for location referenced" error. The from program and to
program were both QPQCARTC.  Other LAN attached *IPDS printers, including an
Infoprint 21 were printing normally.

A search of the archives turned up a similar problem after an upgrade from
v5r1 to v5r2.  Though the original poster doesn't specify how their printer
was attached.

The PTFs recommended in the above thread (SI09523 and SI10153) also
corrected our problem.
