We got a Powerware 9170+ about 11 months ago and have been very pleased:
small form factor, available for 3-18 kVA, support for both AS/400 and PC
Servers. The unit has been rock solid and has excelled at handling the
fluctuating voltage that gave our old unit fits. If we ever do have
problems, all the battery and power control modules can be hot-swapped. The
web interface beats the heck out of using a little panel display to get
history/status/etc.

Don't discount the benefits of hot-swappable units for installation either.
I put everything in place in our data center myself, without resorting to
palate-jacks or brute force. The external unit is very light and even the
battery modules are very weight-friendly.
