× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Not that I know of.  I just popped open a CL I have and I use:

    CHGAUT     OBJ(&FILE) USER(*PUBLIC) DTAAUT(*RWX)

 just after my CPYTOSTMF. Maybe there is a better way, but I don't know it.
