Yeah, Bob Shuherk and I had a lot of "fun" back in the day........ ============================================================================ A few years before I started here, when the company was a measly 25million/year company they actually had a 360 mainframe and an IS staff of 30 people. CEO comes bopping in and says that was the worse mistake he ever made. Going back to manual systems. Handed the entire staff a piece of paper with two questions: "What do you want to be doing in 5 years and how can you see that happening here?" Most took it as gloom and doom. One person who filled it out as this was a great opportunity and came out with a outline as to how to proceed later got the conversion job from manual, and some stuff still on the mainframe, to the S/34. Worked his gonies off. Because President of Administration. As far as I know two of the other 30 were retained. These two are actually still with the company. Rob Berendt
