That must be a past tense.  Meaning that the last IPL was abnormal.  Is 
there anything that will tell us if the next IPL will be abnormal?  For 
example if one of the lads runs a ENDJOBABN and I don't know about it, I 
want to make sure that all ptf's get applied.
